In college I became a history major and an avid reader. My favorite authors include historians like Doris Kearns Goodwin, and popular fiction writers like Robert B. Parker, and Clive Cussler. My interest in historical figures led me to write my first novel, "Vengeance of the Ripper". My book pits Jack the Ripper against old west legend, Wyatt Earp and introduces police captain Joshua Oates. My second novel "Target of Fear" is a sequel to "Vengeance of the Ripper" but stands on its own as a noir thriller packed with action and romance for former police captain Oates. This led to creation of the Joshua Oates Adventure Series. A Darker Shade of Greed, and Murder By The Numbers, my third and fifth novels in the series, earned Readers Favorite 5 Star Ratings, When I am not writing, I enjoy traveling, music, playing golf, and reading.
